- AgenixHub does not guarantee a specific cost reduction, business outcome, compliance status, security certification, uptime level, model accuracy score, latency target, or operational result.
- Recommendations are based on available information, customer-provided context, and practical evaluation at the time of the engagement.
- Customers remain responsible for final approvals, production deployment decisions, legal review, regulatory compliance, security acceptance, and operational ownership.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when contacting AgenixHub or requesting services.
- Ensure you have the right to share any materials, data, documents, or system information you provide.
- Avoid submitting sensitive, regulated, confidential, customer, employee, health, financial, or production data through open website forms.

Customers are responsible for approving third-party providers for their own compliance, procurement, security, and legal requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Fees, proposals, and payment
Fees, payment terms, taxes, deliverables, timelines, refund rights, cancellation rights, renewal terms, and service scope for paid work will be described in the relevant proposal, order form, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all fees are non-refundable once work has started.
AgenixHub may change website content, service descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.
Changes do not affect signed agreements unless those agreements allow for such changes.
12. Disclaimers
